Goa!!!! a beach destination of India but famous worldwide. Be it Indians or foreigner, #Goa is one destination where every tourist want to go at least for once. The only concern is budget, because maximum tourists think that Goa is a costly destination but my friends today I am going to tell you that Goa is not at all costly. Even I can assure you that you can travel to Goa in as low as Rs. 5000 that too for 5 days. Unbelievable??? well today I will make it believe, so lets begin.
In every trip there are three things which takes maximum money from our wallet and that is: Journey, stay and food. So, today i will talk about these 3 topics. I am doing this calculation presuming that you are staying around 1200 km away from Goa. If your place is more then that, you can increase few rupees and if your place is near by you can cut few rupees.
JOURNEY:
Whenever you plan a budget trip always remember that you dont have to travel by flights instead always take a train (when in same country). Difference between fare of flight and train is huge in India. So, for 1200 km train journey in sleeper class (and believe me sleeper class experience in India is awesome). It will cost you around Rs. 640 for one side so return journey will be approx Rs. 1280/-
STAYING:
Whenever you are on budget or solo trip never take hotels for staying. Even cheaper hotels are not budget friendly for budget travelers. So the best place to stay and enjoy is Hostels. Yes, hostels are not only cheap but there you can chill out with other travelers of different countries and have a wonderful time. Hostels will cost you anywhere between Rs. 200 to Rs. 500 and if we take a average rate than Rs. 300 for 5 days will cost you total Rs. 1500/- for stay.
FOODING:
LOCAL TRAVEL:
Always do your local travel with bus from one beach to another, although within 2 beaches you can enjoy your full 5 days very easily. Your bus tickets will cost you around Rs. 370.
CONCLUSION:
So in this way if you will calculate the full amount will come to Rs. 5000/- There are some tips which will be very helpful for your Goa trip.
1. Always carry Rs. 5000 extra in case of any emergency.
2. Make friends so that your expenses can further be divided.
3. Avoid going to Goa between 1st Dec to 10th January if you are on budget trip because at that time Goa is most and very expensive.
